9. OrdersAll orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the ordered products are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address is provided). You then have the option to wait until the item is available again or to cancel your order.
Orders you place are treated as an offer to buy the goods or services from us and we are entitled to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automatic confirmation of receipt of your order that you may receive from us does not mean that we accept your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on our site. You are responsible for the goods with delivery to the address you specified at the time of ordering. We exclude liability if you have entered an incorrect delivery address or if you do not collect the goods from the delivery address you have provided.
10. Right of cancellationIf you have purchased the goods or services as a consumer (ie for private use as opposed to commercial use), you have the legal right to withdraw from contracts entered into with us within 14 days of receiving the goods or services ('cooling off period' ).

11. Price and paymentAll prices displayed on the website include VAT (if applicable) at the current rate and are correct at the time the information is entered into the system. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
For delivery addresses outside the UK, import duties and taxes (including VAT) may be charged when a shipment reaches the country of destination. Such additional charges are your responsibility. Please note that customs policies and practices can vary greatly from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs authority for more information.
Please note that if products are shipped from outside the UK, cross-border shipments may be checked and inspected by customs. In respect of the Products sent to an address outside the United Kingdom, you as the importer of the Products are responsible for ensuring that the Products comply with the laws and regulations of the country of destination of the Products.
Payments can be made by any major credit or debit card and if available through your PayPal account or by instant transfer. Your account will be debited with the amount due before the goods are shipped or the service is provided. When you shop with your credit card, an amount of £0.01 is held until the card issuer confirms your payment.
In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout is incorrect and we determine this before accepting your order under clause 9, we are under no obligation to sell the goods at the price shown. We always strive for the accuracy of the item prices on our website. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel your order but have already paid for the items (and if they have not yet been shipped), you will receive a full refund.
You hereby confirm that you are the owner of the credit / debit card or the PayPal account or bank account used. All credit / debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorizations from the card issuer. If for any reason the issuer of your payment card does not authorize payment to us or refuses to do so, we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.
If your payment with a payment card (eg Direct Debit or credit card) could not be processed successfully, we reserve the right to try again. However, we will notify you at least 48 hours in advance by email to your stored email address. If you do not want to try to charge again, you must cancel your order within 48 hours of receiving it via email.
You can only use one discount code per Order. If you use more than one discount code, we reserve the right not to accept the order.
We only allow you to use discount codes in accordance with the applicable regulations. These may include provisions regarding your right to use them or a maximum order value. Familiarize yourself with these terms before ordering. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not comply with these provisions, even if your credit / debit card has already been charged. In the event of inconsistencies between the provisions applicable to the discount codes and these GTC, the provisions of the discount code shall apply. You agree that you are waiving your right to be identified as the author of this review and your right to object to the negative treatment.
You agree to perform all further actions to fulfill the above rights via www.naturecan.dk including the execution of deeds and documents at our request.
You represent and warrant that you control the rights to the content you submit; the day the content or material is sent to www.naturecan.dk .
20. Contests / contestsWe reserve the right to change these terms from time to time without notice. The rules are always attached to these terms and conditions, unless otherwise expressly stated.
Participation in the competition assumes that participants have read and understood the conditions and are bound by them. All our decisions are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Anyone who is an employee or an immediate family member of an employee of Naturecan Ltd. or any other person directly related to the organization of the specific competition is excluded from participation.
All participants must be at least 18 years old. The competitions are only open to German residents.
All entries must be received no later than the deadline set for the competition. The answers are entered upon submission. No responsibility is accepted for misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the deadline.
We reserve the absolute right to disqualify any entry into any competition without prior notice if we consider the use of inappropriate technical means in the entry and/or we believe there is fraud.
Participants are responsible for their costs of accessing the computer network.
We shall not be responsible or liable for: (i) loss to the winner or other entrants for compliance with these terms and conditions; (ii) any interruption, delay or improper redirection of entries (iii) any server, system or network failure, malfunction or unavailability.
We are the organizer of all competitions subject to these terms and conditions, unless otherwise stated.
20.1 Prices
If an advertised prize is unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to exchange it for a similar prize of equal or greater value.
Only one prize is awarded per Household.
No cash or other prize alternatives will be offered and prizes are non-transferable.
20.2 Notice
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within 28 days of the closing date.
The winner of a prize will be notified (via email) within 28 days of the winner being determined.
Please allow 28 days for delivery on all prices.
If the winner of a competition cannot receive a prize for any reason, or if, after reasonable attempts, the winner cannot be notified within up to 28 days from the time the winner was determined, the prize will be properly eliminated without additional obligations to the winner.
Only one prize per Participant / email address is assigned for each competition. Winners' names are available upon request.
The winner's name may be published on our website or social media channels.
20.3 Demand for prices
Competition prizes / tickets may be limited to certain times of the year and, unless otherwise stated, all prizes must be claimed within six months of the drawing date.
If the prizes are provided by a third party, the winner must clear all reasonable or applicable bookings or other formalities directly with that provider. We are not responsible for the actions of any other person or company.

Free delivery
This is evident from the checkout, the discount will be as high as the shipping costs in the respective country. Shipping costs to other countries may still apply.
Multi purchase

Exceptions
